Worship Experiences

FAEM holds four worship services together each year.  The community is warmly invited.

The Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr. is remembered each year by F.A.E.M. in a service that focuses on justice and mercy.  The 2019 observance will be held at noon, January 21, 2019, at “Old South” First Congregational Church UCC (227 Main Street, Farmington).  Speaker: Maine State Legislator Craig Hickman.

A Community Good Friday Service will be held on April 19, 2019 from Noon to 1 PM at a location to be determined.  The community is invited to join us for some quiet time to reflect on the life and death of Jesus in preparation for Easter.

The Easter Sunrise Service, sponsored by F.A.E.M. is held on Voter Hill in West Farmington promptly at sunrise Easter Sunday, April 21, 2019.  All are welcome!

The Service of Compassion and Hope will be held in the days leading up to Christmas, hosted by the Fairbanks Union Church, Fairbanks Rd., Farmington.  This is reflective time of healing for people whose losses make the holidays a hard time.
